호주 시드니에서 카페와 로스터리 경험을 쌓으며 커피가 가진 자연스러운 맛과 한 잔이 주는 힘을 배웠습니다.
생두 관리부터 로스팅, 납품까지 전 과정을 경험한 뒤, 제가 좋아하는 커피를 더 많은 사람에게 소개하고 싶어 제주에 정착했습니다.
탈리 로스터즈는 깨끗하고 단맛이 잘 드러나며 여운이 남는 커피를 지향합니다.
가장 중요하게 생각하는 건 좋은 재료입니다. 농부가 정성껏 만든 생두의 본래 맛을 그대로 전달하는 로스팅을 추구합니다.
블렌드는 편하게 마실 수 있는 데일리 커피에 집중하고, 싱글 오리진은 자연스럽고 재미있는 향미를 선별해 소개합니다.

Hello, I’m Hyung Jun(Talli), director of Talli Roasters.
I learned coffee in Sydney, Australia, working in both cafe and roastery.
Experiencing everything from green bean management to roasting and wholesale taught me the value of coffee’s natural flavor and the impact a single cup can have.
After that journey, I settled in Jeju to share the coffees I truly enjoy with more people.
At Talli Roasters, I pursue clean cups with clear sweetness and a lingering finish.
What matters most to us is the quality of the raw material.
I believe good coffee starts with good beans, and we aim to express the farmer’s work and the bean’s original character as naturally as possible.
Blends are designed to be comfortable, everyday coffees, while our single origins highlight natural and interesting flavor profiles.
Talli Roasters aim to grow together with our partners by providing reliable, consistent coffee.
For individual customers, I hope to introduce the joy of discovering unique and exciting coffees.
